This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical sponsorship for key accounts and work with cloud engineering and support leaders to address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders on key accounts to strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Interact with customers on-site to discuss product roadmap and architecture.
  • Lead a team focused on benchmarking, optimization, and advanced technical engagement for key customers.
  • Drive dedicated feature requests for GCR customers and provide engineering support where deep expertise is needed.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 15 years of experience in software engineering leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with GCP or other cloud providers and large-scale infrastructure systems.
  • Experience leading high-performing engineering teams and managing customer escalations.
  • Fluency in Mandarin to support customers in the region.
