Compensation:
$166,000-$244,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
About the job:
Work on defining and developing system metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of Search systems. Collaborate with engineering and product teams on system-level optimizations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data sets and solve complex analysis problems.
- Build analysis pipelines to provide insights at scale.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.
- Make business recommendations through effective presentations.
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- 5 years of experience in analytics, coding, and statistical analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in analytics or 6 years with a PhD.
- Ability to translate analysis into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills.
