Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and operations teams to define performance goals and KPIs.
  • Analyze large internal data sets and solve complex analysis problems.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
  • Work with engineering to ensure infrastructure supports key analyses.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, etc.)
  • 10 years of experience in analytics, statistical analysis, and coding (Python, R, SQL) or 8 years with a Master's degree.
  • Experience with SQL and statistical software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 12 years of experience in analytics and coding.
  • Experience working with engineers and product managers.
  • Proven track record of solving unstructured business problems with data science.
