Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex data sets and solve non-routine analysis problems.
  • Develop new metrics and data sources to generate insights for product and engineering strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Google products.
  • Present findings and make business recommendations to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 5 years of relevant experience, or 2 years with a Master's degree.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and statistical analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in data science methodologies and experimental design.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
