Data Engineering Manager, AIM, Enterprise Platform

This role is based in Mountain View, CA or New York, NY.

Compensation:

$186,000-$270,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Align executive cross-functional Ads stakeholders on quantitative attribution processes.
• Provide thought leadership using insights and analytics to drive decisions.
• Define and report key performance indicators and contribute to OKR setting.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection.
• Conduct end-to-end problem-solving and analysis.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience with data infrastructure and models.
• 5 years of experience coding and designing data pipelines.
• 3 years of leadership experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 10 years of experience with statistical data analysis and managing analytical projects.
• Excellent programming skills in SQL, Python or R.
