Data Center Project Controls Schedule Program Manager

This role is based in Reston, VA or Austin, TX, with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain scheduling processes within the eBuilder platform.
• Lead the development and analysis of the integrated program baseline schedule.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Manage vendor scheduling resources for effective project controls.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience as a schedule lead in a data center or construction environment.
• Experience with scheduling tools like Oracle Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of project financial control principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or MBA in a related field.
• Experience in vendor management and project controls.
• Knowledge of construction market conditions and project management systems.
