Data Center Cost Control Program Manager

This role is based in Reston, VA or Austin, TX, with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$147,000-$216,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage complex cost programs with long-term implications.
• Develop and maintain the capital plan, including commercial reporting.
• Apply technical knowledge to make business trade-offs and decisions.
• Lead cross-functional cost management programs to drive performance improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of experience in program/project management and cost control for data centers.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing contractors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Earned Value Management and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of construction market conditions and cost benchmarks.
