This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers delivering technical support across GCP products.
  • Partner with Software Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering teams to manage production incidents.
  • Work with customers to solve specific problems and accelerate their adoption of GCP.
  • Develop team goals and ensure quality customer service.
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedules to resolve customer-impacting technical issues.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in technical support or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience managing a technical, customer-facing team.
  • Experience with software development (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience troubleshooting applications and managing enterprise customer relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data using SQL.
