This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers delivering technical support across GCP products.
- Partner with Software Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering teams to manage production incidents.
- Work with customers to solve specific problems and accelerate their adoption of GCP.
- Develop team goals and ensure quality customer service.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules to resolve customer-impacting technical issues.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience in technical support or related fields.
- 5 years of experience managing a technical, customer-facing team.
- Experience with software development (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience troubleshooting applications and managing enterprise customer relationships.
- Ability to analyze data using SQL.
