This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer problems through effective diagnosis and resolution.
  • Develop understanding of Google's product technology and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product and resolve deployment obstacles.
  • Work as part of a global support team, potentially including non-standard hours.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in coding (Java, C, C++, Python, etc.) and virtualization frameworks.
  • Experience with Linux or Unix operating systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Kubernetes or container networking.
  • Familiarity with software-defined networking and network protocols.
