Responsibilities:

  • Provide compliance guidance on anti-bribery issues and company policies.
  • Support regional compliance issues and assist with third-party risk mitigation activities.
  • Assess anti-bribery risk in the EMEA region and execute appropriate mitigation actions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in global compliance and risk management.
  • Experience with anti-bribery laws compliance.
  • Experience advising business teams on embedding controls into operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in Fraud Examiner (CFE), CPA, or CIA.
  • Experience with developing compliance frameworks.
  • Fluency in English and one or more EMEA languages.
