Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, Networking

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland or Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer problems through effective diagnosis and resolution.
• Develop knowledge of Google's product technology by troubleshooting and building tools for faster diagnosis.
• Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
• Advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams to improve the product.
• Work as part of a global team ensuring 24-hour customer support.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in reading or debugging code with languages such as Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Perl, or JavaScript.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with network infrastructure devices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and system/network administration of Linux/Unix.
• Familiarity with basic web technologies.
