This role is based in Warsaw, Poland or Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer problems through effective diagnosis and resolution.
- Develop an understanding of Google's product technology and architectures.
- Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve Google Cloud products.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs.
- 2 years of experience with computer networking and web technologies.
- Experience in system administration with Linux/Unix.
- Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Cloud Accelerators troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud computing.
- Experience working with distributed systems.
- Familiarity with system virtualization and hybrid cloud computing.
