Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, Compute

This role is based in Warsaw, Poland or Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer problems through effective diagnosis and resolution.
• Develop an understanding of Google's product technology by troubleshooting and building tools for faster diagnosis.
• Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders to resolve technical deployment obstacles.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve the product based on customer feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and advocating for customer needs.
• 2 years of experience with computer networking and web technologies.
• Experience in system administration with Linux/Unix.
• Proficiency in one or more programming or scripting languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cloud Accelerators troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud computing.
• Experience working with distributed systems.
