Compensation:

$88,000-$126,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and hire top go-to-market talent and achieve quarterly hiring goals.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer.
  • Source candidates through various channels including employee referrals and networking.
  • Manage complex offer delivery to onboard candidates.
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or related fields.
  • 1 year of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to solve complex problems and deliver significant impact.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
