Compensation:

$123,000-$176,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development for Conversational AI applications, transitioning from prototypes to production-grade workflows.
  • Architect and code conversational flows integrated with customer infrastructure.
  • Build evaluation pipelines to enhance agentic workloads.
  • Identify technical friction points and convert them into reusable modules.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering teams to ensure project success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in Python and cloud-based AI systems.
  • Experience developing full-stack applications integrated with enterprise IT infrastructures.
  • 2 years of experience with conversational agents and deploying generative AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in AI or Computer Science.
  • Experience with multi-agent systems and debugging agent logic.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
