This role is based in Reston, VA.

Compensation:

$123,000-$176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Guide Public Sector customers in developing, configuring, and deploying data and AI solutions.
  • Support customer implementations of Google Cloud products through architecture guidance, data migration, and troubleshooting.
  • Consult on designing data and AI solutions, including ML model development and deployment.
  • Travel to customer sites to deploy solutions and deliver workshops (up to 30% travel required).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience with relational database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical leadership.
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with database and AI integrations.
  • Experience in database administration techniques and performance tuning.
  • Experience developing and managing machine learning models using languages like Java, Python, or Golang.
  • Experience with cloud databases and data pipeline development.
