Chrome Identity and Context Technical Program Manager

This role is based in Munich, Germany.

Compensation:

€128,000 - €132,000/year + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and UX designers/researchers in executing projects and programs from concept to launch.
  • Design and roll-out processes and tools to increase the velocity of engineering teams and the quality of product launches.
  • Provide program management leadership for Trust and Safety (T&S) priorities.
  • Deliver continuous transparency to keep core team members aligned and stakeholders informed.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience managing technical projects.
  • Experience in generative AI and compliance.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and privacy/security products.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making using tools like SQL or Python.
