Compensation:

$221,000-$311,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to guide supply chain solutions from conception to launch.
  • Define systems strategy to empower organizational scaling through advanced planning solutions.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into core supply chain systems to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in managing full system implementation lifecycles.
  • 10 years of experience with supply chain solutions in planning and fulfillment areas.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in defining and driving a business systems strategy.
  • Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
  • Excellent technical process analysis skills.
