Compensation:

$219,000-$305,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategy and business requirements for AI-powered talent products.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for talent solutions across user journeys.
  • Build scalable AI prototypes into enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Convert user needs into business requirements for tech teams.
  • Oversee product development from ideation through implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Product Management, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in product strategy, management, or HR.
  • Experience working with HR and product teams.
  • Experience building AI-powered tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing end-to-end product development.
  • Ability to translate user insights into product requirements.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of product life-cycle.
