Compensation:

$219,000-$305,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Establish the strategy and business requirements for AI-powered talent products.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance talent products across user journeys.
  • Build and evolve AI prototypes into scalable solutions for a global workforce.
  • Convert user needs into business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Oversee products from ideation through implementation, ensuring adaptability based on user data.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Product Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • 10 years of experience in product strategy, management, or HR.
  • Experience building AI-powered tools.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing end-to-end products and driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to translate user insights into product requirements.
  • Strong technical acumen with engineering or operations teams.
