Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end shopper journey.
  • Develop user segmentation and propensity models for personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing to connect creators and viewers with the right offers.
  • Develop and own the LTV models for YouTube shoppers.
  • Design incentive program experiments and optimize communications.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience using analytics to solve business problems, coding (Python, R, SQL), or relevant PhD.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in consumer tech, media, or entertainment.
  • Experience in causal inference techniques and advanced modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
