Compensation:
$138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize the end-to-end shopper journey.
- Develop user segmentation and propensity models for personalized marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing to connect creators and viewers with the right offers.
- Develop and own the LTV models for YouTube shoppers.
- Design incentive program experiments and optimize communications.
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience using analytics to solve business problems, coding (Python, R, SQL), or relevant PhD.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in consumer tech, media, or entertainment.
- Experience in causal inference techniques and advanced modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
