Compensation:
$166,000-$244,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize improvement opportunities and build foundational datasets.
- Scope and manage analysis projects, defining success metrics and stakeholder communication.
- Design and analyze A/B experiments to measure impact.
- Apply statistical modeling to understand key drivers of product and business initiatives.
- Identify friction points in the user journey and translate findings into actionable insights.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in a data science role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and visualization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Experience with causal inference techniques.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
