Compensation:
$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
About the job:
As a Business Data Scientist, you will analyze data to identify risks and provide insights for risk management across Alphabet. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to senior executives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and technology teams to identify and quantify risks.
- Analyze data for patterns of abuse, fraud, and compliance issues.
- Develop infrastructure to support analyses and automate audit procedures.
- Influence teams towards data-informed decision-making.
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), or relevant PhD.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in analytics or relevant PhD.
- Experience with generative AI for data analysis.
