Business Data Scientist, Global Partnerships Studio

Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop and define evaluation metrics to measure tools' implementation and impact.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to analyze logs and track customer experiences.
• Create dashboards and reports to share insights with leadership and inform product decisions.
• Extract and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving data solutions.
• Engage with internal clients to translate business needs into analyses and metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), and statistical analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in analytics and coding.
• Proficiency in visualizing data and identifying workflow gaps.
• Experience in Python and dataset manipulation.
