Compensation:

$141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain time series forecasting models for customer support case volumes.
  • Build and automate scalable data pipelines for model training and inference.
  • Monitor model performance and implement techniques to improve accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance to deliver forecasts and explain variance drivers.
  • Communicate forecast results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in analytics and data science, focusing on time series analysis.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience deploying forecasting models in production.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and AI/ML services.
