Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and validate causal inference models to measure the impact of GCS programs.
  • Collaborate with business teams to execute A/B tests and define metrics for success.
  • Stay updated with academic research in Causal ML and Econometrics.
  • Communicate complex methodologies to non-technical audiences.
  • Implement monitoring systems to track model performance and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), or relevant PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in a quantitative field.
  • 4 years of experience in analytics and coding.
  • Experience driving projects from concept to launch.
  • Publication experience and familiarity with relevant technologies.
