Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Manage data infrastructure to generate insights.
• Design A/B experiments with external partners.
• Deliver data-driven insights on marketing strategies.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and identify new metrics.
• Innovate measurement methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), and statistical analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in analytics with client engagement.
• Experience in campaign analysis and automated analytics pipelines.
• Ability to drive business change through data insights.
