Location: New York, NY, USA; Mountain View, CA, USA; San Francisco, CA, USA
Compensation:
$138,000-$198,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage data infrastructure to generate insights.
- Design A/B experiments with external partners.
- Deliver data-driven insights on marketing strategies.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and identify new metrics.
- Innovate measurement methodologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in analytics, coding (Python, R, SQL), and statistical analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in analytics with client engagement.
- Experience in campaign analysis and automated analytics pipelines.
- Ability to drive business change through data insights.
