This role is based in Waterloo, ON, Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Develop predictive, personalized, and proactive customer support solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
- Implement evaluation frameworks and metrics for LLMs and AI agents.
- Monitor and maintain deployed solutions in production.
- Identify and define AI/ML opportunities by collaborating with stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
- 3 years of experience in a data science role focused on machine learning and NLP.
- Experience with ML/AI libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD in a related field.
- Experience with Large Language Models and cloud platforms.
- Excellent programming skills in Python.
