Compensation:

$117,000-$167,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop metrics and risk profiling frameworks for safe feature launches.
  • Build automated data pipelines and investigation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Support leadership with data analysis and presentations.
  • Drive actionable insights on metrics for decision-making.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in data analytics or a technical role.
  • 3 years of experience with SQL or similar coding languages.
  • Experience in Trust and Safety operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of Google tools (e.g., Plex, BQ).
  • Ability to communicate analysis to non-technical audiences.
