Compensation:
$124,000-$177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Extract insights through business analyses and advanced modeling.
- Design processes and tools to achieve organizational outcomes.
- Develop strategies to address business issues and drive growth.
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Define actionable plans and align stakeholders for implementation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, or business strategy.
- Experience with SQL, data visualization, and dashboard development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in a quantitative field.
- Experience with controlled experiments and causal studies.
- Familiarity with Google Ads Products.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex analysis.
- Technical skills in Python, R, and advanced statistics.
