This role is based in New York, NY, or Los Angeles, CA.

Compensation:

CAD 122,000-125,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Create reports on overall program performance and key metrics.
  • Analyze program performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop automated analyses to empower partner managers.
  • Build and manage dashboards for leadership.
  • Create presentations to inform leadership of insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
  • Proficiency in SQL or comparable coding languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a quantitative field.
  • Experience in complex data analysis and machine learning.
  • Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
