This role is based in New York, NY, or Los Angeles, CA.
Compensation:
CAD 122,000-125,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Create reports on overall program performance and key metrics.
- Analyze program performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop automated analyses to empower partner managers.
- Build and manage dashboards for leadership.
- Create presentations to inform leadership of insights.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL or comparable coding languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience in complex data analysis and machine learning.
- Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
