This role is based in New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA.
Compensation:
CAD 122,000-125,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Create reports on overall program performance and key metrics.
- Analyze program performance to explain variations and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop automated analyses to empower front-line partner managers.
- Build and manage dashboards for leadership and frontline.
- Create presentations to inform leadership of insights.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or technical operations.
- 3 years of experience in statistical problem solving and data analysis using SQL or similar languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience in data analysis in complex business environments.
- Familiarity with machine learning models.
- Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to create automated analyses for insights at scale.
- Strong dashboarding skills.
