Compensation:
$142,000-$205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of small to large-scale creative campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive campaign management.
- Evaluate creative work for consistency in visual identity and messaging.
- Define innovative workflows utilizing AI tools to enhance team efficiency.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in leading marketing campaigns.
- Experience in B2B marketing and traditional advertising.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
