Compensation:

$142,000-$205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of small to large-scale creative campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive campaign management.
  • Evaluate creative work for consistency in visual identity and messaging.
  • Define innovative workflows utilizing AI tools to enhance team efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in leading marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and traditional advertising.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in developing large-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
