Compensation:
$142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end strategy for major brand partnerships, including the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
- Execute 360-degree go-to-market plans for cultural moments and product launches.
- Design immersive experiential activations that align with partnership priorities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage agency partners from ideation to analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in leading partnerships with sports leagues or entertainment properties.
- Experience in consumer marketing or brand partnerships.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing relationships with creative agencies and influencers.
- Understanding of full-funnel marketing and campaign measurement.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
