Compensation:

$142,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end strategy for major brand partnerships, including the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).
  • Execute 360-degree go-to-market plans for cultural moments and product launches.
  • Design immersive experiential activations that align with partnership priorities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage agency partners from ideation to analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in leading partnerships with sports leagues or entertainment properties.
  • Experience in consumer marketing or brand partnerships.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing relationships with creative agencies and influencers.
  • Understanding of full-funnel marketing and campaign measurement.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
