ATE Test Engineer, SoC, Google Cloud

Location: Sunnyvale, CA, USA

Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy test solutions for SoC using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal test coverage and quality.
• Support production with test program upgrades and yield improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in test engineering or product engineering.
• Experience with ASIC or SoC test development and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in relevant fields.
• 7 years of experience in test engineering.
• Experience with Scan/ATPG test development and memory BIST.
