Compensation:
$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
About the job:
Work on cutting-edge TPU technology, developing custom silicon solutions and comprehensive test solutions with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for New Product Introduction (NPI) and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM).
Responsibilities:
- Develop ATE test programs for high volume manufacturing.
- Integrate SoC technologies and validate performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal test coverage.
- Support production with test program upgrades and yield improvements.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in test engineering or product engineering.
- Experience with ASIC or SoC test development and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in relevant fields.
- 7 years of experience in test engineering.
- Experience with Scan/ATPG test development and memory BIST test development.
