Associate Sales Recruiter, Google Customer Solutions (English)

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Support individual assessment for potential roles and identify team alignment.
• Evaluate individual skills and client needs, screening candidates for interviews.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring stakeholders to build solutions.
• Manage headcount for client groups to influence hiring strategy.
• Develop targeted recruiting initiatives to meet goals.

Minimum qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
• 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to deliver impact.
• Fluency in Polish, Dutch, or German is a plus.
• Strong relationship management and consultative skills.
