Associate Sales Recruiter, Google Customer Solutions (English)

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Support individual assessment for potential roles and identify team alignment.
• Evaluate individual skills and client needs, screening them for interviews.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring stakeholders to build solutions.
• Manage headcount for client groups and assist with prioritization of requisitions.
• Develop targeted recruiting initiatives to meet established goals.

Minimum qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in recruiting or related fields.
• 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house team.
• Fluency in English for customer-facing interactions.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
• Ability to communicate in Polish, Dutch, or German.
