Compensation:
$137,000-$201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define the roadmap and growth strategies for artist products.
- Develop messaging to communicate YouTube’s value to the Music Industry.
- Support product development and manage product launch plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and executives.
- Optimize performance of product launches through data analysis.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of marketing experience in the music industry.
- Experience in product marketing for B2B audiences.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Consulting or business analyst experience in music.
- Data analysis and visualization skills.
- Ability to work independently and think critically about the music industry.
