Compensation:
$137,000-$201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define the roadmap and growth strategies for artist products.
- Develop positioning and messaging to communicate YouTube’s value to the Music Industry.
- Support product development and manage product launch plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and track performance of product launches.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in marketing related to the music industry.
- Experience in product marketing for B2B audiences.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in consulting or business analysis related to music.
- Skills in coding, analysis, and data visualization.
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance.
- Critical thinking about the Music Industry.
