Compensation:

$137,000-$201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define the roadmap and growth strategies for artist products.
  • Develop positioning and messaging to communicate YouTube’s value to the Music Industry.
  • Support product development and manage product launch plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and track performance of product launches.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing related to the music industry.
  • Experience in product marketing for B2B audiences.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting or business analysis related to music.
  • Skills in coding, analysis, and data visualization.
  • Ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance.
  • Critical thinking about the Music Industry.
