$117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define long-term roadmap and growth strategies for YouTube’s artist-focused products.
- Transform industry challenges into actionable insights for B2B communication strategies.
- Develop messaging to articulate YouTube’s value proposition to music industry partners.
- Lead product launch plans while collaborating with technical teams.
- Work with C-level executives to optimize campaign performance.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 years in marketing related to the Music Industry.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Product marketing experience for B2B audiences.
Preferred qualifications:
- Consulting or business analyst experience in music.
- Skills in coding, data analysis, and visualization.
- Ability to work independently.
- Passion for applying music industry insights to business objectives.
