$117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define long-term roadmap and growth strategies for YouTube’s artist-focused products.
  • Transform industry challenges into actionable insights for B2B communication strategies.
  • Develop messaging to articulate YouTube’s value proposition to music industry partners.
  • Lead product launch plans while collaborating with technical teams.
  • Work with C-level executives to optimize campaign performance.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4 years in marketing related to the Music Industry.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Product marketing experience for B2B audiences.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Consulting or business analyst experience in music.
  • Skills in coding, data analysis, and visualization.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Passion for applying music industry insights to business objectives.
