This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive Cloud leaders globally on securing technical hires in Asia-Pacific (APAC).
- Act as a talent detective to identify and engage with technical talent across the APAC region.
- Lead offer processes and compensation packages, ensuring successful candidate closures.
- Take ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle for client groups.
- Adopt AI-powered recruiting tools to enhance efficiency.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in recruiting.
- 3 years of experience with hiring talent within the APAC region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in closing technical candidates and managing offers.
- Client and stakeholder management experience.
- Knowledge of market and talent pools across key countries.
- Ability to source for executive-level technical positions.
- Manage conversations about Cloud technologies or AI/ML.
