Artificial Intelligence (AI) Recruiter, Cloud

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive Cloud leaders globally on securing technical hires in Asia-Pacific (APAC).
• Act as a talent detective to identify and engage with technical talent across the APAC region.
• Lead offer processes and compensation packages, ensuring successful candidate closures.
• Take ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle for client groups.
• Adopt AI-powered recruiting tools to enhance efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in recruiting.
• 3 years of experience with hiring talent within the APAC region.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in closing technical candidates and managing offers.
• Client and stakeholder management experience.
• Knowledge of market and talent pools across key countries.
• Ability to source for executive-level technical positions.
• Manage conversations about Cloud technologies or AI/ML.
