Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and ownership of the CSRM-EHS program for area construction oversight and data collection.
  • Ensure contractors meet safety performance expectations and compliance.
  • Monitor and assist construction project teams to protect people and the environment.
  • Drive a culture of continuous learning aligned with organizational strategies.
  • Liaise with EHS teams to implement best practices and mitigate risks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in construction safety management and environmental health & safety.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Safety Professional certificate or other EHS certifications.
  • 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in operational data centers with a focus on safety and efficiency.
