Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and ownership of the CSRM-EHS program for area construction oversight and data collection.
- Ensure contractors meet safety performance expectations and compliance.
- Monitor and assist construction project teams to protect people and the environment.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning aligned with organizational strategies.
- Liaise with EHS teams to implement best practices and mitigate risks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in construction safety management and environmental health & safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Safety Professional certificate or other EHS certifications.
- 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience in operational data centers with a focus on safety and efficiency.
