Compensation:

$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and ownership of the EHS program for area construction oversight and data collection.
  • Ensure that contractors deliver on program safety performance expectations and contract requirements.
  • Support and guide construction project teams to protect people and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with the wider construction EHS team to implement best practices and mitigate risks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with mission critical construction safety program management.
  • Experience with data center or other mission critical construction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Safety Professional or other applicable EHS certifications.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience working in construction with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
