Area Program Manager, Construction EHS

This role is based in Wichita Falls, TX.
Compensation:
$159,000-$231,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and ownership of the EHS program for area construction oversight and data collection.
- Ensure that contractors deliver on program safety performance expectations and contract requirements.
- Support and guide construction project teams to protect people and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with the wider construction EHS team to implement best practices and mitigate risks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with mission critical construction safety program management.
- Experience with data center or other mission critical construction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Safety Professional or other applicable EHS certifications.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience working in construction with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
