Responsibilities:

  • Manage an engineering team responsible for implementing software products and building internal applications for supply chain and engineering operations.
  • Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at the executive level.
  • Partner with internal business teams to develop system goals and delivery road maps.
  • Ensure quality and predictability in team deliverables.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to address challenges.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 12 years of experience in application design and integration.
  • 5 years of experience in managing and mentoring engineers.
  • Experience in Java programming and supply chain logistics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating technical ideas.
