AI Recruiter, Cloud

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive Cloud leaders globally on securing high-profile, key technical hires in APAC.
• Act as a talent detective to creatively identify and engage passive technical talent across the APAC region.
• Lead complex offer processes and ensure successful closures of premier technical candidates.
• Take ownership of the entire recruiting lifecycle for client groups.
• Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools to enhance efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:

• 8 years of end-to-end technical recruiting experience in executive-level roles.
• 5 years of experience hiring talent within the APAC region.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Client Management and Stakeholder Management.
• Innovative sourcing and pipeline building for high-demand technical positions.
• Understanding of market dynamics across key countries in APAC.
• Ability to negotiate and land premier technical candidates.
• Credible conversations with executive researchers or engineers about Cloud technologies or AI/ML.
