Responsibilities:

  • Work with external clients and internal business stakeholders to identify key customer business objectives through consultative approach.
  • Lead client meetings for your team to explore the opportunities for joint technical plans and packaged solutions which help our customers achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop expertise of the Google advertising products and customer infrastructure to be able to architect technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Lead multi-quarter technical projects by collaborating with cross-functional internal and external teams (technical and non-technical team members).
  • Build a trusted technical advisory relationship with customers and internal business stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in an industry vertical.
  • Knowledge of its trends and business challenges related to digital.
  • Excellent problem-discovery, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to learn technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent collaboration skills including working with cross-functional groups.
