Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!

As a strategic partner to the CMO and marketing leadership, this role will drive innovation and growth by facilitating strategic planning, ensuring alignment, and driving operational excellence. Through leveraging data insights and strong stakeholder relationships, this role will play a pivotal influence in driving marketing’s cross-functional efforts and key initiatives aligned to company objectives.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Partner closely with the CMO to shape and drive the overall marketing strategy, translating company goals into clear, actionable, and measurable plans
  • Work with finance and data science to align on Marketing's north star metrics, define annual and quarterly goals, and establish regular reporting structures
  • Run Marketing's core planning cycles end-to-end — annual functional review, quarterly re-planning, quarterly/monthly business reviews, budget management and headcount planning
  • Work closely with partner teams across sales, product and more to ensure tight alignment on priorities and regular and clear communication
  • Deliver data-driven insights and analytics by synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs into actionable strategies and business recommendations
  • Work with marketing leadership on implementing our teamwide AI transformation strategy, scaling workflows that have already shown value and identifying new use cases across teams

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, business operations, consulting, or a similar role within a high-growth technology or SaaS company
  • Proven ability to independently lead multiple complex workstreams simultaneously with minimal guidance, from ambiguity through execution
  • Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders, and facilitating senior-level meetings, workshops, and cross-functional forums
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into insights and actionable recommendations (experience with spreadsheets; SQL a plus)

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience supporting C-suite or VP-level leaders, particularly within a go-to-market or revenue organization
  • Experience in PLG or a B2B SaaS company, especially at high-growth or public companies
  • Prior experience and proficiency in using Figma and FigJam

Hey, I'm Stan

Software Developer & Creator of Top Jobs Today

I'm a software developer, and over time I realized I cared mostly about roles at big tech companies - not just whatever happened to show up on LinkedIn or generic job boards. But those sources weren't enough - some roles were delayed, or never posted at all.

So I built this website to solve that. It scrapes fresh job postings directly from official company sites, figures out what kind of roles they really are, and sends them as email alerts - simple, fast, and focused.

Hope it makes your search easier too. Wishing you the best of luck - and I'm really glad you're here!
