Design Change Engineering Program Manager

Meta is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to join our Data Center Engineering and Construction (DEC) team. Our data centers are the foundation upon which our rapidly scaling infrastructure operates and our services are delivered as we continue our mission to build a community and bring the world closer together.

This role drives complex technical and cross-functional challenges from problem definition through design to executable engineering packages. It requires technical understanding of civil, electrical, mechanical, and connectivity systems and the ability to drive decisions and alignment across Meta's infrastructure ecosystem.
