Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!

We’re looking for experienced full-stack engineers to join teams across Figma’s Growth and Monetization Engineering organization! This group spans several teams—including Growth, Billing, Enterprise, and Discovery—each focused on solving complex challenges that help millions of users, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, get the most out of Figma. Depending on the team, you might design billing infrastructure at global scale, build secure enterprise access systems, improve how users discover and organize their work, or drive product-led growth and monetization initiatives.

As part of these teams, you’ll design and scale reliable, secure, and intuitive systems that power collaboration across Figma’s product suite. Playing a key role in driving our rapid growth, global expansion, and evolving product surface area—while working closely with cross-functional partners to ensure our technology meets the needs of our most sophisticated customers.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Design, build, test, and ship high-quality features across the stack, using technologies like TypeScript, React, Ruby, Go, C++, and more.
  • Own key parts of the product that impact user experience, internal productivity, or revenue operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, data science, support, and sales to shape product direction and solve complex problems.
  • Operate and monitor the systems you build, with a strong focus on reliability, security, performance, and user experience.
  • Contribute to team culture by mentoring peers, providing feedback, and helping foster a collaborative and inclusive engineering environment.

We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:

  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping and maintaining complex systems or products in production.
  • Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React/TypeScript) and back-end technologies (e.g., Ruby, Python, Go, PostgreSQL).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working effectively across functions.

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, billing/payments infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise-scale systems.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Stripe, Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, SCIM, SAML, or WebAssembly.
  • A background in experimentation, observability, compliance automation, or internal tools development.
  • Prior work on extensibility platforms (plugins, APIs, widgets), or experience contributing to open source developer communities.
  • Passion for crafting excellent developer or user experiences, and an eye for elegant, maintainable architecture.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and teaching—whether mentoring teammates, leading initiatives, or sharing knowledge in code reviews or pairing sessions.

Hey, I'm Stan

Software Developer & Creator of Top Jobs Today

I'm a software developer, and over time I realized I cared mostly about roles at big tech companies - not just whatever happened to show up on LinkedIn or generic job boards. But those sources weren't enough - some roles were delayed, or never posted at all.

So I built this website to solve that. It scrapes fresh job postings directly from official company sites, figures out what kind of roles they really are, and sends them as email alerts - simple, fast, and focused.

Hope it makes your search easier too. Wishing you the best of luck - and I'm really glad you're here!
